Granulation systems from THE RAPTOR series grind EPS (Airpop®, Styropor®), XPS, EPP, EPE or PUR into the desired particle sizes in a highly effective manner. The easily replaceable screen inserts of the fine granulator are available in all standard perforations.

THE RAPTOR series is the ideal solution for manufacturers of molded parts to return faulty parts completely to the production process. HEGER granulation systems are also used reliably in the poroton industry, in the production of lightweight concrete (Thermozell®) or in plaster production.

Together with screening and dedusting systems from THE FALCON series and our mixing and dosing systems from THE LUX series, the material can be further processed and turned into perfect recycled beads.
